Field service rates:
Field service trips begin and end at Keltron's headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts. All labor beyond eight (8) hours within a 24-hour period, including travel time will be billed at the overtime rate.

Daily rate (8 hours)	$1000.00/day
Hourly rate	$125.00/hour
Overtime rate	$187.50/hour
Mileage rate	$0.45/mile
Minimum billable hours	4 hours
Expenses	Actual - meals, lodging, air, etc.

In-house repair rates (non-warranty)
Keltron requires that before sending items to the factory for repair, all customers call or email the service department to obtain an RMA number. Please call the support and services department at 781-894-8710 X2077 or send email to support@keltroncorp.com.

Actual repair, labor and parts will be invoiced. Standard repair labor rate is $90/hour. Minimum repair time is 1 hour.

Standard service	$90.00/HOUR - 2-4 week turnaround
Priority service	$135.00/HOUR - 3-5 day turnaround
Same-day service - by prior appointment with the factory.	$180.00/HOUR - same/next day turnaround

Should you elect not to repair any item for which an estimate of repair was provided, you will be charged an inspection fee. Inspection fees:

Keltron discounts do not apply to prices listed above.

All overseas shipments are subject to a $300 charge for preparation of customs declarations and shipping papers for each shipment of an order. This does not include any special packaging, licensing or other costs that these orders may incur.
