Welcome to Keltron Corporation's Outputs, a regular e-mail communication of Keltron's new product insights, news and events.
Keltron in the News
We are pleased that Security Sales and Integration's tech editor Bob Dolph chose Keltron's newest life safety event management solution as one of SSI's ASIS Top 30 Products for 2003. Chosen from over 800 offerings, the Keltron LS 7000 is "an impressive package with a compact 8.4-inch TFT color display, powerful processing, ODBC database and printer configuration".
Enhancements for the Keltron LS 7000
Our new LS 7000 is now deployed at several sites including a campus and a military base. Based on what we have learned from our recent installations, we have already added several enhancements including a touch screen with bigger control buttons and integration with flat panel display monitor and mouse operation.
Our next release will include display mode for distributed multiplex systems. This enhancement will facilitate plug-and-play deployment by capturing the text directly from an FACP and displaying it on the LS 7000.
Working on the core unit to strengthen its dependability, we are developing improvements such as enhanced throughput, additional history and expanded networking that will increase functionality and enable increased integration with existing systems.
