Keltron’s technical support team operates from our Waltham, MA headquarters and is available during the following hours except for holidays. An on-call technician is available for emergencies only during major holidays:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Keltron provides technical support for its products by telephone, billed per call in 15-minute increments, with credit card or prepayment. Annual contracts for telephone technical support are included with initial system shipments and are billed yearly thereafter.
