Since Keltron's introduction of digital printers for the fire and security alarm industry, we have continued to develop and manufacture the hardware, software and services required to meet the needs of our customers and our market. Among some of Keltron's "firsts" are the developments of:
A printer system to monitor contact closures and print a programmable four-digit number plus an identifier code of four alpha characters
A system for coded signals that decodes, displays, and prints outputs of mechanically coded signals produced by fire and security alarm systems
Multiplexed, data gathering panel that combines with visual annunciators
A system that combines annunciator panel features with digital printout
Direct wire, reverse polarity, digital transmitters and multiplex inputs
Direct connect monitoring of alarm signals like polarity reversal over incompatible voice grade, fiber optic or microwave based leased telephone lines
Serial Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter (SDACT)
Distributed multiplexers
DataTap™ for reliable communication of FACP alarm data without telephone lines
Over the years, Keltron Corporation has met the needs of the fire and security alarm markets by continuously enhancing and updating our systems to incorporate changes in technology. The addition of microprocessors and minicomputers as well as the development of highly specific software programs enable Keltron to offer the highest quality, most reliable systems available today.
Our current products feature greatly enhanced functionality to our original DM700 while maintaining backward compatibility and providing operators with the ease of a CRT display and touch screen controls. Our DMP703 and its smaller-application version, the DMP704 provide the ultimate in operator efficiency and error-free system operation.
Keltron's engineering research and development team is committed to ensure that our products meet the ever-increasing needs of the fire and security market. With more than a quarter century of fire and security alarm system know-how, we deliver the safe, reliable, and effective systems our customers require.
