Keltron provides a range of technical support and services as part of our commitment to overall system integrity. Annual contracts for telephone technical support are available. Keltron provides the following support and services for our systems and components:
For non-warranty repairs, Keltron will provide an estimate of the cost for approval prior to completing the repair. Actual repair, labor and parts will be invoiced. Should you elect not to repair any item for which an estimate of repair was provided, you will be charged an inspection fee. A credit card or purchase order (for pre-qualified customers) must be provided in advance for the inspection.
All overseas shipments are subject to charges for preparation of customs declarations and shipping papers for each shipment of an order. This does not include any special packaging, licensing or other costs that these orders may incur.
